About this Event

This time, we are organizing the annual MetalBC Member Night in Amersfoort. On March 12, 2026, we welcome you to De Eenhoorn from 6 p.m. onwards for a fun evening.

You can look forward to a review of the past year and a preview of the coming year. We have also invited a guest speaker. Of course, there will be plenty of opportunity to network while enjoying snacks and drinks.

• 8:30 p.m.: Sjors Trimbach: A cool conversation about band logos
• 9:30 p.m.: Networking

About Sjors’ presentation

MetalBC member Sjors Trimbach knows everything there is to know about logos. He designs them every day. But his passion goes far beyond that. In this highly entertaining and informative lecture, he takes a closer look at famous logos from the world of metal, punk, and hardcore. Because the stories behind them are more than worth listening to.

How to get to De Eenhoorn

By car

There are excellent connections to Amersfoort from Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Utrecht, or Zwolle (A1 and A28). De Eenhoorn has 114 parking spaces, 8 of which have electric charging points. Enter Kon. Wilhelminalaan 33, Amersfoort into your navigation system. The De Eenhoorn parking garage is located across the street.

The parking garage is cashless; you drive in with your license plate and pay at the exit with your debit card or smartphone (€3 per hour, maximum €16 per day).

Other parking garages are P R Barchman Wuytierslaan (250 meters from De Eenhoorn) and Asch van Wijck (600 meters away).

Public transport

Amersfoort CS train station is only 84 steps away from De Eenhoorn.
